I enquired on the website for an issue with 3 windows that would not open. I had another company previously who were unable to repair them so i didn’t have high hopes. On Monday morning i got a call from Gary and was booked in for that afternoon. The gentleman that came (unsure of his name sorry) did a brilliant job and got them all fixed! What fantastic service. Would highly recommend this company. Very reliable, just what you need!

Fantastic response and communication. The guys turned up as exactly as promised, whilst the fault couldn’t be fixed on the first visit due to the niche parts that were needed they returned within days. Aside from fixing the immediate issue they also fixed problems on the door set that had been there since installation. Will definitely be having them back in the summer to fix the issues we have with uPVC sash windows which upon inspection they found weren’t installed correctly either

The best tradesman I’ve ever met. Polite, not a single curse word!! Very clean and tidy, job completed quickly and to a high standard. Decent price and a very very fast call out time. Made contact Saturday, arrived and issue fixed Tuesday (he did want to come on the Monday but I was working). Couldn’t have asked for more.

I was contacted by Gary on the day I submitted my request for quote. He listened to the issues I had and immediately understood what needed to be done. He sent someone out within a few days and the work was completed well and to a high standard. Their communication was excellent. They contacted me prior to their arrival. I had a couple of additional questions following completion of the work and Gary again was very happy to talk me through that. I can highly recommend Window SOS.

Conservatory double gazed unit, 18 years old, ‘blown’ and needed replacing. I contacted Gary who had done excellent work before and he responded promptly, organised measuring up and ordering within 1 day. A few days later window efficiently and cleanly replaced. Very pleased with the friendly service and highly recommend Windows SOS.

Efficient, friendly and polite. Turned up when they said they would. They were not satisfied until they had done a first rate job (there was a scratch on a pane of glass that we had not noticed). The blemish was pointed out and a replacement was fitted within a week. We would definitely use them again.
